Our website has no membership, user accounts or online sales. The only place where personal information is collected is the meeting request form, which asks for your full name, organisation, title, email address, area of interest and a description of your project.
We do not ask you for personal information while you browse the site without using the form.
How we use information
We use the information you submit through the form only to review your request, respond to you and arrange meetings for suitable projects. Your information is not added to marketing lists, sold or rented.
Storage
Form information is not stored on our website or in a database; it is forwarded as a single email to our corporate email addresses. To prevent spam and misuse, an irreversible digest of your IP address is kept for no more than one hour.
Sharing
Your information is seen by the JetNet Global executives who review your request and is processed on the infrastructure of our hosting and email service provider. If your request needs to be shared with our team in China or with a potential business partner, we do so only after informing you and obtaining your consent.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information) for the security and operation of the service. These logs are subject to the provider’s own policies.
